Yes, But must used together with receiver and transmitter, since DE300 is no built-in X1 receiver. The AT-16 receiver is also suitable if HSS are not required.

As long as your soft boxes are Bowens mount, you can mount this light directly to the soft box or you need proper adapter for Bowens mount speed ring

Any softbox with a bowens mount will fit. I recommend fotodiox, quality for cheap.
