You can also just run a sync cable from your camera to the first light and get by without triggers if your shooting situation allows for that and want to save some money for awhile. see less

Mean that you can use it in parallel with other flash, having one primary flash that leads the secondary (slave) flash firing at the same time or depending on the settings, can sync in different ways. Real nice equipment.

Yes you can use the Godox on 220v if you read the manual on page 15 you will see power voltage220v/50hz or 100v-120v60hz

If it says 220 and 110 volts then it's probably a newer model than I have. The model I have is only 110 volts only.

It only comes with a North American Plug to be used with 110v. It has the switch to convert to 220v if needed but you will need to purchase a converter for the plug.
