I use these for my car's steering wheel actually. I wrap them around the wheel (they fit barely) at 10 and 2 so that those hand potions are warm when I get in to the car in the morning (not safe to drive with them on of course). I remote start the car with them plugged in and after 20 minutes, the wheel is warm where you hold it.
