The one that I received is an RTL2832U with an FC0013 tuner chip. It works in Win 7 with SDR# - it needs "Offset Tuning" checked/enabled to do so (??? Why?). It doesn't work in Chrome OS on a Chromebook with the "Radio Receiver" app. (??? Radio Receiver works okay with R820T/R820T2 stuff but not with this. ???) As long as one is willing to wait for it to get here/there from China, this is a great bargain.
