Easy to use. Works great. I mounted one 1 TB WD Green and one WD 640GB Green and it works great.
The power supply it's powerful enough and it doesn't get hot even if it is used for many hours.
It has 2 USB ports also and card reader working great with MicroSD HC cards(used 8GB Kingmax).
It has E-Sata port also(not tested). Read/Write speed is very good. Quality of the product is also very good for the price payed. (Posted on 3/27/13)

Pros:-USB 3.0 (super speed)
-You can connect 2 SATA drives and operate with both at the same time
-You can backup one drive with one click

Cons:-Build quality could be better and the drive slots could be closer for best fixing
-You will need a usb 3.0 card to make the most of its possibilities

Bottomline:Perfect to manage SATA drives. It is very easy and very fast (usb 3.0 is teorically ten times faster than usb 2.0)
