Bottomline: The magnetized cover works well, Does the job. I like to take my iPad everywhere I am glad it protects my iPad. The only fall back is the "Smart Cover" is obviously a generic brand- there were threads falling off of it when I received it. The smart cover functions, but is of a lesser quality than the apple brand. Still, deal cannot be beat for the price and I would purchase again.
