Pros: Great product and great seller to deal and fast shipping, It achieved the industrial look I was going for. I'm very satisfied with performance and power. I almost don't want to use the dishwasher anymore since it leaves the plates so clean.
Cons: My only concern is the stability of the faucet. :)
Bottomline: My order came packaged very very well, box inside of a box type packaging. Customs had opened it, but re-packaged really well.
