I agree with the first reviewer, This scale works quite well and represents great value for items up to about 7 ounces. I use the gram counter and add a zero to the result to get milligrams - if it shows 1.74 grams then that is 1740 MG. Turn it on and let it warm up for 30 to 45 seconds in initial use. If the counter changes from zero then press the TARE button to reset to zero and start using. If you want to measure the amount in a small container, first weigh the empty container then press TARE to reset the counter to zero, then weigh the full container to get the amount that is actually in the container (without the container weight added). This scale is accurate as it matched well with another known and accurate scale. (Posted on 3/6/13)

Pros: I received my LCD Digital Pocket Jewelry Diamond Scale a couple of days ago, I am a very particular consumer and this scale meets some very high criteria. I was skeptical at first at how well they would work with the items I planned on using them for. They turned out to work great! I use them for my store business and they are the perfect size for weighing packages and letters.

Bottomline: Great scale, worth my money.
