I ordered my first bulb from tomtop two months ago. I received it in a white box. I installed it immidiately once I got it. To my superised, it could light up partially!!! I was very angry and contacted tomtop for solution and after several emails they agreeed to ship a replacement for me . Thank gods, this time it works fine now. If it continue to perform well, I will consider to buy more in the future.
