The frets on mine were standard frets, certainly not jumbo. For the money, a decent neck. I put mine on a right hand Squier, minimal work was necessary at the neck pocket.

It has a very slight gloss finish on it. You'll hardly notice it.

I don't know exactly, but the neck I received is very much like a Les Paul, pretty flat. Not nearly as radiused as a Strat. I did minor work to neck for pocket fit. Over all I'm happy as I like a faster neck.
