If your car stereo has AV input jacks to feel the LCD screen on it then yes. But I had to return mine because it was DOA, so I never got to confirm it was ATSC compatible. In the US we have ATSC TV signals - most older TV tuners are incompatible with ATSC, and I am not sure this one does ATSC.
