      Wifi range - I didn't push the limits, but worked fine at 30' We have wireless gadgets all over the house, so I was worried about some interference, but didn't notice any. Battery life - Don't know yet. Took 6 AA batteries and I've bought rechargables. Like most toys, I suspect we'll burn through them for the first few weeks and then it will taper off, so I'm not too concerned.

       I bought 5 of these Happycow I-Spy Mini and so far everyone of them work great. I tried mine on IOS and Android and both apps work great. The video records in the MJPEG format so finding a editor might be a bit rough, I had one video editor that would allow it to be converted to a high bitrate MP4. I even went and bought my grand kids one for each of them. At the cheap price its a real cute and fun, the driving is bit touchy but you get use to it over a while. I had no problem getting the wifi to hook up and its never dropped the signal, using a Samsung cellphone and a Ipad Mini 2.

      This vehicle is quite fun to operate. Set up was simple and the app is free as well as very user friendly. There is a slight lag on the video but not enough to ruin the experience of operating the vehicle. The battery life says 20 minutes but I have used it for 30 or more with battery life still remaining. The Tank Is Fairly Loud So You Will Not Be Seeking Up On Anyone With it. I have used it on both carpet and ceramic floors with obvious better results on tile than carpet but it will run on either. The lights leave a bit to BE desired as they don't light anything in front of the tank so operating it in a dark room remotely will.not work unless you mount your own exterior lights. Ove r all I am pleased and would recommend this product.

      Overall it is great. A little loud go be a spy car but as the parent not complaining. Antenna broke pretty easily but able to repair.
