It's a good case, but doesn't protect the screen at all. Also, it changes your adapter to a microusb (like an android), but in the original listing it said that it uses the lightning connector. It does, but only on the inside. The batter extender is decent but doesn't really last for too long. It's very convenient and very good for the price, but expect to need to replace it in 6 months or less. Also, the headphone jack adapter is really, really cheap.

Worked like a charm. I used my iphone as my camera for the family summer vacation and figured I needed something that would give me extra battery life. I charged it overnight and once my battery started to get low, I turned on my dodcool and it charged my i phone 6s with not issues.

Works great. After a while the button got stuck but still works fine. Just hard to tell when the case is on or off

Love this case and battery! Protects the phone, has good grip and when the battery on my phone is low, I just hit the button and POW, I'm charging it up! It does use mini-usb, but that's a helpful change for my iPhone, as I have them for other devices too. Great product!

This is a quite stylishly designed, (military “Black Ops”) tough case for the iPhone 6 with a built in 3,100 mAh battery. Great way to have some extra juice to keep you going just when you need it. What's it like? ------------------ In a sentence, beautifully designed using top quality materials. It adds a little bit of weight and depth to the iPhone, but my wife loves it - and wouldn't be without the extra battery life she gets out of it. You simply un-clip the top of the case, and slide your iPhone into the cool matt black plastic case, snap the front back in place, and off you go. It protects it remarkably well, covering both the back and all edges. In terms of additional weight, my iPhone 6 comes in at 137g and with the case on, this increases to 235g. With the case on the phone in my pocket it felt like it didn’t really add much. I have to say, I also love the finish and rugged chunky design along the edge of case. One of my personal complains is the iPhone 6 is just too slippery. This case has a lovely “velvet” feel to it, and not slippery at all as the original iPhone 6 is. Of course if it does, it looks like it would bounce in this rugged case. Just add a screen protector for 100% all round protection. Note: Don’t make the mistake of trying to clip your iPhone in without taking the top off or you’ll damage the case. Just pop off the top frame, slide in the the iphone in and re-attach the frame. Because it adds additional size, it comes with a headphone extender which worked fine. It's also good to see from a quick read through the instructions (not needed - like most blokes I just ignore them), it is an Apple certified product. This is reassuring as it means you won't get the dreaded message "Accessory not compatible with iPhone" message. Also, the buttons are covered, but stand proud of the edge, and have a distinctive “click” when you press them. This is worth noting, as some case/covers tend to cover up the buttons, and they are not very tactile. This has the buttons stand out slightly, so they’re easy to find with your thumb or forefinger. So next time you get the "battery low" message, just press the button to start re-charging your phone and keep going. Almost forgot. One final touch I really love, is you can charge your phone while keeping it in the case, and you’re no longer dependent upon the (rather expensive) Lightning cable (I’ve already had two of my Apple supplied cables break). You can simply charge the battery using the supplied micro-USB cable (a very common format for rechargeable devices), and press the button to charge up your phone. What's Good about it? ----------------------------- * Top quality build and a lovely “silky” feel to the product * Adds a huge battery life bonus - just press the button on the back to start charging. To put this in context, the iPhone 6 is supplied with an 1,810 mAh battery, and this adds 1,300. * Protects your phone from scratches and knocks What's not so good? ————————————— Not a lot reallly. The only other option I've considered is buying a separate battery pack (which means I can use it if I change my phone), but that means you've got to carry something else around with you - whereas this is always with you. Conclusion --------------- My wife absolutely loves it. Highly recommended.

Over the past few weeks, I've been looking at several battery packs for the iPhone 6. The DodoCool has all of the features of the latest crop of battery packs including: * 3000 mAh lithium battery (built into the case) * slim profile * Lightning port built in * Micro USB cable + Unlike previous versions of this case, this case will allow you to charge and synch simultaneously. + Audio Jack cable (pass through jack) *** It's been my experience and after having this battery for the past 10 days that the manufacturer's claims are (like all manufacturers of such batteries) are overstated. This battery like the better battery packs will - double--the time and usage that you have when compared with Apple's own OEM. This battery will slightly improve in retaining a charge for about 30- 40 minutes for about 6 months until it starting to get "old." This is due to the lithium ion battery being conditioned. *** Concerns *** The DodoCool battery doubles the charge of your phone, the only thing that I find a bit annoying is that the case is very difficult to get on. We struggles for a while to get it off and on.

One of my co-workers has the Dodocool cover on her iPhone. She has just as many apps open as I do, and I notice she is not as obsessed over her battery dying as I am. Not to mention that the case looks high end. She highly recommended this case because it protects the phone and charges it at the same time. I was immediately sold. I tried to find something similar at the local store, but I could not find a protectant/charging combination at a reasonable price and that of great quality. I purchased the Dodocool cover online, and I am very satisfied. The case does not add bulk or weight to my iPhone, unlike other cases that are on the market. I did not loose any functionality of my side buttons, and it fits easily in my pocket. It keeps my phone charged through most of the day, saving me time and giving me peace of mind. I do not have to worry about a drained battery while on the go.

I'm so happy with this case. I was concerned it was going to be a bit bulky, but I think it's perfect. It's durable, and I'm happy knowing my iphone 6 is protected. I absolutely love having the backup charger! Now I know I can go all day and not have to worry about my phone dying before my day is over. Highly recommend!

This product is worth the price for its convenience! I frequently find myself in situations where I am unable to charge my phone and need the power source, so it is nice to have the peace of mind of having it right there when I need it. It works well and charges my phone to capacity in about an hour. I love it that it doesn't add much additional weight or bulk to the phone. It still fits easily into my pocket with the case attached. The cutouts are perfectly aligned so that you can use all the buttons and functions without restriction. This item is well designed and durable too. Fast shipping from this company too! This case has a gorgeous but low key design while being sturdy and well made. The fact that this external battery also acts as a beautifully designed protective cover was enough for me to give it a try. The fact that this item works extremely well is enough for me to KEEP and highly recommend it. This device solves my previous problem of having to worry about charging my phone throughout my sometimes long days.I no longer fret about missed calls and messages because my battery died on me. Bonus, this one works beautifully for much less than other comparable devices.

Weighing in at only 82g and with dimensions of 18.5 x 9.3 x 2cm this battery case charger would certainly be classed as lightweight and appropriately sized and with its strong and solid built its well equipped to protect your device maximally. The sample that I was sent to review had a nice matt black rubber-y appearance with the 'Dodocool' white print on the back giving it a good balanced look. My device fitted inside quite easily once I had reviewed the instructions and once inside it allowed me to access the buttons, switches, ports, cameras sufficiently well, either directly or indirectly. The charge capacity on this unit is 3100mAh which is a very large amount for an unit of this size and this will provide a decent amount of charge to your device if used as a case / charger for a day or 2. It took several hours to charge the battery charger and it charged my iPhone in a very respectable timeframe indeed. If you own an iPhone 6 and you feel that there is no requirement for a product like this then think again because even if you are extremely careful with your phone you will probably drop it one day and a sleeve or cover will offer very little protection compared to one of these.

I’ve had a couple different charging cases for my iPhone 6 and I truly like this one the best! I love the black matte rubberized finish which allows for a good grip to prevent accidental drops. It even protected my phone well from a minor drop that occurred. The phone case is easy on and easy off which is a huge plus for me as I’ve literally broken fingernails trying to remove other lesser quality cases. All ports are easily accessed as well as the camera. All that extra power comes in handy for long work days without having to worry about plugging in anywhere. This is a great quality case that gives you tons of extra battery time, you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend it!

This is an incredible device. Battery life-- get real. Most phones have no real significant charge retention after about 6 months (incidentally it's still the major drawback for electric cars), ~give or take depending on model .Apple's are typically a bit better than others, but not by a whole lot. So-- what's your case doing other than lookin' case-like and offering some protection --Yeah, ok-- but then it's just pretty much useless unless its really unique and you use it as a pick-up prompt. I'd rather have more juice for my phone, personally. This charges quickly for me, really you can just plug it at night when you get home and don't worry it. It's not at all bulky, and it lets me know just where I am as far as my remaining charge is concerned.As a traveler, if you've ever tried to find charge banks in an airport.. even if they are in operation they are almost always booked. With this I've got a safety stash I don't need to fight and jostle and hang around the charging stations looking desperate. Easy as anything, will sync on your comp. w/ iTunes, and just looks nice & sleek.
