Pros:I got the product sooner than expected. It works very well. The steamer feels great and I've found it very useful for moisturizing my face. I live in a climate that gets very cold and very dry in winter. Now, i don't worry about it any more with this product. Cons:Everything else was great except the face shield was a little small. Maybe because I have a wider face. I guess i need to thin my face. Bottomline:Overall, I strongly recommend buying this product. Now, i only need to lose some weight, especially on my wider face....
