I can't confirm that, I can tell you that if the Chevy had a USDM OBDII port it will work..

This will work with any type of car that has an OBDll port, although it isn't plug n play, you will have to adjust the settings yourself..

Probably not it requires an OBDII plug under the dash. Cars have had this since the 1980's.
