Yes this is to small, unless your running a dual set up in place of brushed motors. I put this in a grass hopper should have gotten higher kv like stock but smoother. Hope this helps.that should be I got the 2820 the small one sorry.

Higher kv faster speed less torque. The higher kv the motor is thw more likely it is to over heat. Get a sensored motor like castle. I was not imoressed by this motor and my castle is amazing. I gotthe 4600. Overheats at times but wil fans a solid setup using 3s lipos.

Honestly I dont know, I had an issue with the ESC that came with the motor combo and they refunded my money and let me keep it and I havent used this motor with another ESC yet sorry this doesnt help much but they are very good in terms of customer service and satisfaction.

Esc burned up last night. Motor gets fire hot very fadt. Leaving this at 5 star though. I was being very hard on the product. Can't blame them yet. But I ordered a new esc. 2150kv motor. is insane on 6s, hit 65mph with monster truck. great motor. Not even hot with 6s. Running 4s for bashing and it gets pretty warm but not scary. Breaking my car before discharging because the torque is so great. Fixing weak links then wow.. 4370kv motor on 3s was sorted out by Amazon community and after a rewire it was absolutely nuts. Can't even believe how good. Not worried about burning it up as I'll certainly get a new one. Thanks china. Keep prices in this range and I'll be a customer for life. this picture came with the esc package. Very happy with these purchases.
