I used an amp combined with reverb, chorus, and pretty good gain control. Except for the bender, I've been pedaling (actually stubborn), but mostly I play a kind of game, and I think I'll try to use this cheap pedal to improve the sound a bit. I have to admit that ever since I got this, even when it comes to music I don't really need, I'm a bit behind when I'm playing high-speed gear. Oh, I like the sound. You cannot lose at this price. BTW, my amp is dual Peavey solid state. I'm concerned that it can only be used with a tube amp, but it works fine for my amp.

One of the best speed pedals I've ever had, and I have plenty. I used it with the Bugera G20 head, and this pedal put the goose tube in that sweet spot. This pedal has a lot of gain, and I think many of you could keep a low profile. In fact, I kept the gain at 10 and the level at 2. This setting is designed to push the tube, not to color the signal from the leads. But, man, how can this help potential clients? If I want to list any shortcomings, it is the loud noises of loud switches and pedals. Yes, this is a little loud, but I used an assassin / noise reduction pedal at the end of the chain (Donner-cool green pedal!), So my overall signal was perfect. If necessary, I will buy (and buy) this pedal over and over again. This is the fact.

I briefly had Boss TR-2 and the Red Witch's predecessor vibrato. So far, this excellent network is my favorite. Out of the box, the footswitch is properly configured not to reduce the volume when activated, which is the biggest problem I encountered with Boss TR-2. The waveform can also be adjusted very well, not too choppy or too smooth. If you like, there are adjustable pedal pots to adjust these parameters, but 90% of us don't need or want to do this. The pan is very soft and has a good resistance to them. The knob is also very useful throughout the scanning process. One of my problems with Red Witch is that all available knob areas are within the last 25% of range. The foot switch is beautiful and elegant, and feels like your standard boutique genuine bypass switch. Not built like a tank, but very strong. If it is lost / stolen / damaged, I will definitely replace it with another one without even looking around. How good does this sound, but the price is not real.

So this pedal is great. You'll get more arctic monkey tones than my favorite British 80s rock band, but this pedal is very flexible and can get very retro sounds too (arctic monkey tones are my real shooting purpose). Much better than my boss. My driving force remains at about 9, the level remains at 9, the bottom and middle ends remain at 3, the high point remains at 11 and the sound stays at 12.

These are amazing pedals. I no longer need to bring an amp to perform, I just need to enter our amp directly from this pedal. With reverb and tremolo pedals, I now have an instant AC30, which weighs one or two pounds instead of 80 pounds. The tone control capabilities of these pedals are stronger than most amps. I also have American pedals. The high-end sound of the AC pedal is slightly brighter, but you can balance the two pedals to sound exactly like my ears. Regardless of the volume, I can get the amazing Twin Reverb sound directly into the PA! It is no longer necessary to amplify the amp to 4 to obtain the desired sound. Just dial with this pedal.

This pedal makes me hope that I can play better. Just put it between my guitar and a very common amp, and the world will turn to metal. Well, if the metal is not played by someone who is not very good at playing the guitar. With that said, the pedal itself has a fine tuning, which is really kind of speeding. For the price it can't be beat.

The only bad thing about Ultimate Drive is the graphic description of the Japanese ghost on top. On the other hand, someone told me that in Japan, if they consider you bada $$ in total, they call you "oni-ni-kanabo", which translates as "Demon with an iron club". If you get this little monster, you will have a demon with an iron stick. You can use it to hit the front of any amp with enough juice to melt it like Fukushima. Ok, Japanese is enough (also, this is the Chinese pedal). The structure is excellent, the switch is good and tight, and many possibilities are hidden in the knob. You can get everything from mild stimulation to Jeff Beck's wild age like the so-called Y-bird. There is a lot of power and many tones here. I tell you directly. This is a professional level pedal. It is not rubbish. You just can't classify it with other cheap Chinese pedals. This is an excellent speed / distortion pedal, and it can be almost a crime to buy at such a low price. This little beast made the American-made warp / overspeed pedal on my pedal muscular. I won't name it, but you can find the story online. A pedal company called "boutique" bought many of these pedals, repainted and renamed them, and then sold them to you four times the price. People have been paying for money, until some experts revealed that this "special boutique customization" pedal is actually Joyo Ultimate Drive with paint. This is a little scandal. I recommend this pedal without hesitation. As people say, it is so good. I suggest you use it with a tube amp, because that's where it really shines. Turn your guitar into a magical iron club. I suggest you buy one before Joyo raises the price.

I really like this pedal. I have been using it for about a month. It came fast and full. No problem. I've been playing acoustics for about 30 years, but I've used electricity for the past year. I'll say I'm a novice at an intermediate electric player, so when I compare it to other lag pedals, I'll leave it up to the experts. In my opinion this is a solid build, all controls work fine and smooth, and my Les Paul sounds great. I am very, very happy that before they enter the market and increase the price, they will definitely buy some more Joyo pedals.

I only used the pedal for a few days, but I'm not a dumb guitarist, but currently, I really like this pedal. I always wanted to spoil stuffed animals, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on pedals that I only stepped on occasionally. This pedal meets my needs: low price, sturdy appearance and most of all, great sound. I used several different Fuzz Face pedals. Some sounds are more natural than this pedal, but in terms of price this pedal sounds great. The octave effect is very slight, but it enlarges the blurred sound and lightens it with just one click. I especially like the mid-range switch. It seems to affect the upper midrange, so turn it off when using a shiny guitar (such as Strat), and turn it on when using a thicker, darker guitar (such as Les Paul), so this pedal is generally used, you can sculpt diffuse sounds based on their settings and preferences, while some pedals require certain settings to obtain the best sound effect. If you remember something wrong, consider using this pedal. I heard that some Joyo pedals don't last long, and if I run into this situation I will update this comment. But in terms of price, you will get many rewards. If the pedal dies after a while, I will buy another one. Keep going!

It sounds very similar to Vox (AC-15 or 30, depending on the voice configuration). Since this is what I should do and what I want to do, I am very satisfied with that. The three tone controls are very useful, and most of the sounds this unit can make are also very useful. If you like electric guitars from the classical era, this and (Joyo) Sweet Baby can give you a nice sound at an affordable price. Note: The switch is installed on the PCB and may not last forever. So just do it like me and keep it up!

As stated by some other viewers, the sound quality is VERY comparable to higher end competitors, but for a quarter of the cost. I like this pedal very much, has almost no noise interference, and sounds pretty dang good when lined up to record. The housing is a hard plastic, harder than most pedals of the same price range, but not metal, as I prefer. That's the only reason it's missing a star. BUT for the $30 range, WELL worth the money IMHO.

When opening the box I pulled the pedal out it well exceeded the quality I expected from a 35 dollar pedal. The knobs turn well, the casing is heavy, It just felt good. The switch is definitely cheap. you can hear an audible click when it turns on but replacing the switch isn't a huge deal and since it's just a lighter overdrive, you likely aren't going to be turning it on and off. Now, The plugged in details... The Overdrive is very expressive. as you turn the volume up, it gets louder but doesn't really change the sound. The drive knob has plenty of functionality. It sort of caps out the grit around 12 o'clock but the rest of the pot really shapes the tone. I kept mine pretty low and really dug the tones. The tone Knob has a wide spectrum but the treble end of it is pretty unusable and the bass and is not very bassy. I set it pretty low and it was a very clear and defined tone. You're not going to get any bass-ey tones out of it but it definitely thickens up your sound... As for the treble, you can crank it all the way over and it's going to sound like a chicken' picken' players dream, but to the rest of us it's going to sound very harsh. I run a Walrus audio mayflower on my main board and I AB'd them together. You're obviously going to see a noticeable difference in quality between the two in an isolated environment but I think most of the differences would be lost when you got it up to gig volumes. Overall, Great pedal, Can't believe how much value you get for the price.

I use this with a mesa triple for a slight boost. It's a decent overdrive, not super powerful. It does what I need it to do but others may want more gain. The build quality is excellent. The bypass works as it should. When the pedal switch is off it's like it's not even in the loop which is perfect.
