Yes, I'm using 1/2" tubing and getting 2' lift on my bubbler fountain, get higher lift using 1/4" tubing.

I had to mount the solar panel on a board and place it in a sunny location. It has a 12 foot cord,so it can be placed in a great location!

Yes it can tolerate rain. I have 3 of them, in rain and heat. one is over 2 years old and on top of my patio cover year round and still going strong.

Don’t recall off the top of my head. I’ll be out in the yard tomorrow so I’ll measure it. I’m guessing somewhere between 8-10 ft, but I’ll confirm tomorrow.

I am not sure. We use it as is on a fountain outside and as long as there is direct sunlight it works great

I live in California, so have no idea. I will say it is holding up well after a ten-day heat wave of 90-105 degree temps. I would be concerned about the panel cracking in below freezing temps though. Hopefully someone else can chime in on that.
