I realize I need an adapter for the flash to work on my camera (Sony a57), but is this all I will need to work with the flash I'm getting (YongNuo)?

Will this work with sony alpha a58?

  • It will work for the a57 but not the a58. The a58 doesn't have the Minolta hot shoot, it has a standard hot shoot. But this product is very good

this is compatible with other flashes as Polaroid and Yongnuo?

  • If your flahes are compatible with Sony, this trigger should work with them. But we have not yet tested this trigger on all the Yongnuo or Polaroid flashes, such as their latest models, so we can't guarantee that this trigger works well with every model flash. Mochalight

Do i need a Hot Shoe Adapter to fit on my sony a37?

  • You do not need a hot shoe adapter for the trigger. It can fit on Sony A37 directly. For the flash, you need an adapter if it can not directly fit on your camera. Mochalight
