Not sure you question. Worst set of directions I have ever dealt with, the product is stable but I would invest a few dollars more and look to another product

I wouldn't feel safe putting over 100 pounds on the rack. Really look for another rack and bench if using a 6' or 7' Olympic barbell. Maybe 25 pounds on the preacher curl; however, I was unable to use the preacher curl because the design wouldn't let me fully extend.

you can use it as such but i don't. i would be hard pressed to recommend it on that level. If i had the option to buy it again i would not. there are better solutions out there but maybe at a higher cost.

the instructions are completely useless. i used a ratchet and box end wrenches Follow the pictures the best you can. the tools that come with it are useless as well

Very unstable. I was scared to put 135lbs on the rack. Really, don't waste your money. Their customer service was even worse. Ended up throwing mine away since hey wanted me to pay $100 on shipping that POS back.
