    Yes, just be sure to anchor it. I'm 5'10 "185, too light. I should choose 2". The length is suitable for family use. It will not be processed any longer.

    Good training rope. Does well for crossovers and waves. This is being used in an outdoor CrossFit type gym and it’s held up well to the weather (and the users) no fraying, etc. We’ve already had requests for multiple gauges so looks like we’ll be shipping again here soon :)
