    *Pro - well balanced( I’ve some vests where they were just not weighted properly and I could feel the difference while wearing the vest. This is not the case with this one) - comfy sometimes I would go shirtless with just the vest no rash, no irritation.

    I have been ( My Research) to find the best ones for me. I just returned some because they wasn’t adjustable & I thought they were. So I found these. I Really Love these. They are just enough for me & I thinks it’s comfortable. I LOVE IT... ITS ADJUSTABLE

    I wear it to walk to the grocery store and do my shopping. Only recently I started using it to do home exercises like body weight squats , side lunges, and push-ups. and my knees feel okay, though I don't over do it. Overall I do recommend this vest., just start off slow before putting any pressure on your joints.

    I am a fairly small person who likes to walk fast. (5ft 3in, 125lbs). I also like to walk with friends who can't walk so briskly. Wearing this vest makes me feel like I am getting a decent workout even with much lower speed than my normal. This vest is very adjustable. Someone who is bigger than I am could wear it. I have the 4lb base vest that can add weights to be up to 10lbs. Very glad I bought it.

    I just got this vest and It is super comfortable. I use it for walking and wearing about the house. It doesn't slip or move at anytime. I like that the weights are adjustable and the additional weights. Worth the money spen

    Love this vest !! It's very comfortable and enjoyable to wear..... Like a weighted blanket. So glad I spent the extra money to get a vest with adjustable weight ranges.

    The shoulder pads are also removable and very well padded. The Velcro is extremely strong so you really must pull it to open. The vest is of thick material and very sturdy and well made.
