Okay, I have all the other devices used in the Koogeek Health app and love them all so I figure I might as well try the ab trainer as well. I like this device with reservations. It definitely does what it is meant to. It will cause the muscles in your stomach to contract. For those who say it is too weak, all I can think is that they have it on the lowest setting and aren't upping it to a higher one. Maybe they're just using the device without connecting to the Health app? I turned the device on and easily linked it to the device app. It gives me 4 different types of, we'll call them, electrical pulse rhythms. There's "fat burning" which gives long rapid vibrating pulses with a small break before going back into the long rapid vibrations again. Next is "Relax" which is a funny word to use for a device that's shocking your muscles. Anyway, it sends small single taps, followed by a row of taps faster and then a much stronger zap and hold then release. This is the one that I feel the most constriction of muscles. Next is "Music" which lets it stimulate the muscles in timing with music playing on your phone. Finally, there is "Exercise." This one gives you a few taps followed with a single long buzz and then a good space of time with nothing. (I would have called this one "Relax" and the other "Exercise" as this one is a calmer setting to me.) All 4 types of "workouts" give you an intensity bar where you can set it from 1 to 10. Once you go over 3, it shows a scrolling message at the top it recommends keeping it below 3 and that discomfort can be present with higher settings. I tend to leave it at 3. I feel my muscles tightening and working just fine at that level. I went to 10 once to check it out. That was hilarious. I almost doubled over it tightened those muscles so much. Everyone is different so you may not have trouble with this type of device but for the 4 to 5 times I've used it now (ranging from 5 minute to 10 minute sessions) I unfortunately get an upset stomach feeling for the next hour or two after using it. I do feel that the muscles have been worked but that's a different feeling than the stomach ache I receive. I had someone else try it out and they're not getting the stomach ache so, again, we're all different so your reactions may be different. I can only voice mine. Bottom line, I think it does what it claims to so for that I can rate it as "I like it." None of these type of devices can burn belly fat or give you rock hard abs. That's still going to require a good diet to reduce your body fat percentage and good ol' exercise, but what it can do is work the muscles directly stimulated by this device to assist in keeping them stronger. A strong ab section is good to have. Sit ups will work your ab and all the surrounding muscles. These devices can only stimulate the exact muscles it is connecting with. So remember these devices are assistance devices to work along with your other exercises and healthy eating.

Ok, so I'm going to rate this at 3 3/4 stars. The actual device works great although I feel like the bottom electrodes work better than the top. I was very skeptical as to whether this would really work my abs, but after using it my abs definitely feel worked. I have chronic back pain so when I'm feeling very tight there I'll put this on my lower back and use it as a wireless TENS unit. Why the ding in stars? The charging base although a slick idea and very 21st century in reality it's completely unnecessary. There's absolutely no reason to have the metal base and plastic platform. I would prefer to just have the unit itself with a mini USB plug I can charge directly into it. If I'm traveling it's extra accessories that I shouldn't have to bring.

I exercise regularly and am in pretty good shape

The first one worked for like a day and then stopped. Initially I thought it was low battery so I let it charging for 2 days but never worked again! Hence, I returned it! I was then contacted by the seller who's told me that they never had that issue and sent me a replacement. Upon using the replacement, the same issue happened again and I messaged the seller about it. They've advised me that the issue could be with the device power. So, what's happening? Well, if you use it in high density (Number 8 or above) for at least 20mins, you might experience the same issue. The device drains out of power and won't restart on its own, even after charging. In order to get it working again, you may need to restore it to factory settings by finding the small round hole behind the back of body trainer, and press it. Things to like: The App on iOS tells you time and density! Quite simple and works great. You can definitely feel the workout on your abs when using above 6 Easy to carry and to charge via the wireless charger. It's got a very nice look. Things to improve: Power issues. Gel Pads don't stick properly after a couple times. Overall! Recommend it.

Being a busy person, like many I know, I barely have time to go to the gym or even exercise, so these are great for getting a quick 10 minute workout in. It's great quality as well. I highly recommend the product! If you want a solid item, this does the job!

Whoever said this unit didnt pack enough punch must not have been using it right. Its moderate strength when used without the app, but the app fat burning mode set at 5 was pretty intense, and 7 made me feel like my muscles were tearing themselves apart. Noticed more definition in the midsection after just 2 weeks of daily use.

Review of Koogeek Smart Training Gear Abs Fit Training for Arm Fit Training with Wireless Charging Pad App Function Black The Koogeek arm training gear unit works very well. It reminds me of a tens unit, but is much better because you have a larger area of pad to stick to your muscle area which delivers electrical stimulus to your biceps. To use the unit, you must first download the app. I am using it with my iPhone so I downloaded from the Apple store. Once you’ve installed the app, you have to register and then it is ready to use. Then you place the unit on your targeted muscle group. There are sticky pads on the back of the unit. After you have placed the unit on your arm, you can use the provided Velcro strap to secure the unit firmly to your arm. Then you use the app to control the intensity of the stimulator. I like to use it at medium strength for about 15 minutes twice a day. The unit can also be used without the app by pressing the buttons on the front. The unit is very easy to charge. Just sit it on top of the plastic plate and put the plate on top of the charging unit. Plug in the charging unit. It takes about two hours to fully charge. The unit is well made and seems very high quality. The material is thick and it sticks and unsticks well. The charging base is heavy and works well. It comes with a handy storage bag that you can use to keep everything together. The unit works great. It stays in place while I move around and I can really feel my muscles reacting to the stimulation.

I had never seen one of these before, and I am always looking to try new things. So when receiving this I opened it up and read the instructions on how to use it and what it is for, it comes with Koogeek Smart Fitness Gear for Arm,Wireless Charging Base,Support Belt,Support Plate, 2 Gel Patches and the Instruction Manual. You will need to download an app that tracks multiple fitness modes including music play, fat burning, relaxation and exercise mode. You will just place this pad around your arm with the gel patches for it to stay in place. It does stay on good too even while your active. It is not to heavy either. I found it really easy to use once I knew all about it.

So when I bought this I didn't know what to expect but I am pleased with the product. I thought to myself, "Self, the science behind this thing seems legit." Kinda like electro shock therapy. So glad I like to try new stuff. After one week's use, I have equal arm strength now in both arm when before my right arm has always been stronger. I intentionally only used on my left arm to teest the results. What I noticed about wearing this device is that you can actually feel it working. I mean muscle contraction. The cool thing about this is that you can use while doing whatever and you can control it and monitor it from the app. I was glad to use this because I injured my hands about 1 week prior to receiving it so I could not grip dumbells so this was very useful in keeping a arm execerise going. no batteries or power source other than whats internal on the device which can be charge wirelessly with the cool little mount pad provide. You notice it has stick pads that adhere nicely and there a several modes of vibration to adjust. I don't get that sensation while wearing it for lifting but muscle pulsation. I have gotten used to it and will likely buy another so I can do 2 arms at once. * note buy some extra pads for future use. I like the portability and size. I would suggest this to anyone that may have lifting restrictions just to keep those muscles active.

 I've used this product while at work. It gives my arm muscles some tingling sensation which means IT WORKS! I use it for 15 mins on each of my arms, I feel I am getting stronger muscles. The wireless charging is also great and built very solid. The product came with an app that you can download and use with it. There is a sticky pad/gel on the back of the unit that holds it in place on your arms. See my posted photos and videos.

I have both this unit and the larger one designed for abdominals. Both are fantastic and addictive in a good way. The quality is great and the units are easy to use. There is an app, but that I downloaded, but I find it easier to simply control it directly from the unit. The power is easily controlled from the unit and can range from very mild stimulation to very strong. Using the arm unit, I feel like I get about the same workout as I do when I do dumbbell curls and arm extensions. I'm impressed by this and my wife is, too. In fact, we both find ourselves wanting to use the unit at the same time and have to coordinate its use a bit. This is while a room of other fitness equipment goes unused.
