Each cable I tested was different, however this charger works as-advertised with a quality USB cable. I have a new Motorola G-4th generation Android phone and it is enabled with turbo charge. I use the stock charger running the Ampere app and it comes up with turbo charging (Android OS) and it charged at 2.1A/4.1V. This "turbo" charger peaked out at 900mA/4.0V - that is NOT turbo and it was plugged into the "turbo" port. The other port was half of that 370mA/4.1V.

For those of you who have used cheap chargers you've probably heard the high pitch noise they make while charging. This charger is dead silent and doesn't make any kind of noise while charging. If you're using this charger on a wall socket then you won't have to worry about it covering the unused socket. It's small enough to keep the other socket usable. I recommend this item.

I am a keen lover of power supplies that give you that extra boost when needed. This quick charge 3.0 plug gives you that burst of power to help charge your devices. The design of the product is nice and compact, it is easily portable and have a lovely white finish to it. I have been using this product now for a few days and have seen a difference straight away from my usual iPhone charger. Overall I am happy with the design and performance of this plug, 4 stars for me.

I bought this to use to charge a USB-C phone. The 3A/15W USB charging works fine, which is all I wanted it for. I was surprised how compact this charger was. Given all that, this has no business being quite as cheap as it is. It's an utter bargain. The only negative is that the logo and text are, weirdly, printed upside down, so that they're the wrong way up when the charger is plugged in. This is obvious if you look at the product image. Clearly this has no impact on performance, but it bugs me more than it should.

In one word: AWESOME. Well worth the money. I have the HTC M9 which is actually on the Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0. However, this charger is cross compatible and indeed charges my phone very fast. I use it with a USB 2.1 cord or a gold plated 2.0 cord. It is my understanding that the USB cord that you use makes a difference because all the components work together. If your phone is rated to accept 2amps and the charger is indeed rated at 2 or more amps but the cord is only rated for 1amp...then you will be stuck with the slow 1amp charge. Also, if you have wifi on and or mobile network and are using the phone, naturally, those things draw current and slow down the rate of charge. With this bad boy, that situation is minimized :) When the phone gets to 98% percent the charging slows down. This is supposed to happen. The explanation was unclear to me but it is something that should happen. That is what I discovered during my obsessive research... but I could be wrong.
