Yes it can. However, I have only seen that through YouTube Videos. I bought this to control Adobe's Light Room software for editing.

Depends on what Plugin you use. Currently Using MIDI2LR with light-room using this board, and it works perfectly. Will have to find a Photoshop alternative for it to work correctly.

There is a software editor available for Mac and PC that lets you customize CC#s, value ranges, MIDI channel, etc. Do a web search for "hangzhou worlde easy software editor" and it will take you to the site where you can download the editor, as well as a User Manual.

This is the description of it. The buttons work, the knobs work. I use it moderately and it does what I need it to do. I don't know how well it will stand up to a year of daily use, but I think it's pretty good. It's a good midi, and if you use it regularly I can see you wanting to go up a level or two.
