I have recently taken up playing the drums strictly for my own pleasure and enjoyment. I had also purchased a drum pad because I did not want to make too much noise in the senior center during my drum practice. Since the drum pad did not come with drum sticks I ordered this set for a bargain price (Andoer Pair of 5 A maple wood drum sticks for drum set, light weight professional) on Amazon. I just love using these drum sticks and I discovered you do not have to just strike the drum pad to made music but can strike just about anything and make some decent sounds. The sticks are light weight and feel great in my hands. I have even taken some free on line lessons on how to hold and use the drum sticks along with some practice exercises. Since I am only concerned with amusing myself I have used these drum sticks along with playing various Jazz songs like Dave Brubeck’s “Take Five” and many other great songs I play along with on line. If you are seeking some easy to use drum sticks for a bargain price you should check out this brand. I think they are fantastic. Rating: 5 Stars. Joseph J.
