should work used it on a 96 Dodge Neon without a problem. just had to view a few youtube vids for which wires to hook up too.

So has with a truck or car,, you have the 12 volt coil which is needed for a tack.. Now you also need a ignition power on lead.. So when you turn on the key the tack powers up.. So here this tack has 4 wires. 2 for + - lead on tack,, the other to a power AC on and negative to battery... Cheaply made, but decent for the price. Mine was not calibrated correctly but as others have noted there is a potentiometer on the back under the white case to adjust it. Just remove 2 Philips screws on the back and the gauge will slide out. While you are in there take the time to put some small pieces of tape over the five blinding-a$$ leds.

This taco meter worked great on my volkswagen beetle. Set up was simple, installation a breeze. My main complaint is the backlight. If you enjoy a pleasant night drive free from being blinded by your own genious then I would recommend not hooking up the led back light. Maybe someone can answer my question, can you use a control dimmer knob on the led function of this tac? Any input would help. Over all perfect function of product, just a little bugaboo with the backlight that's all. ~Jack
