I've only used it a few times, but it works great every time! Exactly what I need. I bought it to allow my assistant to carry the flash with an umbrella or softbox without having to use a tripod. My only problem is that it is broken. It's not the part that directly affects its function, but it's still disappointing. I didn't bother changing it because I felt it wasn't worth the time.
