I think the yongnuo are Canon compatible

Mark, The flash synch cable would be specific to your camera model. I'm not familiar with your camera and cannot answer that question. But, relative to the previous response, I did use the unit successfully for about a year and it started to "not hold a charge." I'm no longer using it. Hope this helps . . . bgs.

You mean Quantum flash, I have no idea, but you should ask the Quantum flash dealer or go on line and see if a Godex battery can be used, make sure they specify the cable.

I think if the the battery dies and doesn't charges any more, you have to replace the whole unit. In Some packs the battery is separate. Which can be replaced or have an extra one to use.

What kind of flash units are you using? Canon units, for instance, require AA batteries in the flash in order for the external power unit to work.

Approximately 225-275, depending on range and iTTL usage. In full manual mode the manufacturer indicates 250-320 full power flashes. . . . bgs.

Not sure. I use with my quantum qflashes and it works fine. I have a cable that powers my 580EX AND 600s, but I have yet to use it in that capacity.
