No. You will have to put it in a receiver box like most rc cars have.

I already had a GoolRC transmitter/receiver in an RC car I had built (Tamiya 1/10 scale Subaru Brat), and it worked so well I decided to pick up a couple more receivers for future builds to use with the same transmitter. I've now used this receiver in 3 different builds, and it's worked flawlessly in each. I'm a pretty casual hobbyist so I'm not sure how the range compares to other receivers out there, but it easily transmits past the point at which I can see or calculate depth worth a darn so range has never been an issue for me and my cars. If/when I build again, I imagine I won't even bother shopping around and just order more of these. For the price, I've considered buying a few and just keeping them on hand for when I need them.
