I received this product free for review but as always, despite receiving a free product I'm perfectly candid in my review. My observations follow below in more or less chronological order. * Rubber cable; I've become a BIG fan of nylon wrapped cables for durability. This one seems fine but the rubber still always makes me slightly disappointed. * Delivers the appropriate electrical input for charge. Has no problem acting as a data cable. * Both Lightning and microUSB plubs snap firmly into place and stay put. * Adapter cap is helpful making this a dual purpose plug but I'm not at ALL confident that the adapter is going to stay attached with that thin ribbon of rubber that holds it on. PS: I hope my review was helpful. If it was not, then please let me know what I left out that you’d want to know. I always aim to improve.

The cable is awesome. Thicker than an OEM cable. Easy to use. Works like a champ at charging and syncing. If you run any micro USB extras, this cable's got your back! I'm buying a second one. If you are ready to pony up 20+ for that cheap TRASH cable to replace what was included when you paid (fill in latest Apple product insane price), try this cable first.

This is an excellent quality Lightning cable with a twist in the design. It is also a Micro USB cable and you can easily convert it back and forth between a Lightning cable and a Micro USB cable in 1 second. The lightning cable is MFI (Made For iPhone Certified) and it designed to work with all IOS 7 devices and Lightning cable compatible devices. I used it to charge my Apple iPad Air and then my Kindle Fire without any issues. I then plugged the cable into my computer and then into my iPad Air and it immediately started up iTunes and synced my tablet to the computer.

The cable is high quality and it charged my Apple devices at the same rate as the original Apple cable that came with them. I like how the Lighting connector is tethered to cable so if you unplug it then it cannot be lost as it is connected with the tether at all times. I loved the fact that I can carry one cable to charge two different styles of devices. It makes it easy to carry one cable capable of doing multiple charging and data synchronizing tasks. I liked how it worked and I like the quality. I rated it as a 5 star item. It is a good product sold at a fair price.
