5-section monopod, adjustable length from about 45cm to 165cm, meeting your different needs, easy to carry and store.
Quick lock system for secure length adjustment.
Aluminium alloy construction, maximum diameter of the monopod is 25mm, maximum weight capacity can reach up to 10kg.
The camera plate and  1/4" to 3/8" connecting screw allow you to install camera or other camera mount adapter such as ball head directly.
With a 3/8" screw hole at the bottom allows you to install a mini tripod.
Comes with a foam handgrip for better using.
A carrying bag and a wrist strap are included.
Also can be used as walking stick when necessary.
Ideal for digital, video and film cameras and camcorders.

    Hi all, Very good product,good construction lightweight and when I put my dslr on it nothing move 4 extension easy to arrive at the level of my eyes For the price I recommend ,there is also a nice pouch protective bag And the last the shipping in 6 days ouah
