Simple and effective -- Only thing missing is some sort of protective case. The handle is hollow and has a twist-off cap so you can store the extra tips inside, but the big tip is too big to fit in the storage space (and ever get it out without tweezers). Shame the packaging and description never mention the internal storage. I put the smallest tip on the unit and picked up all sorts of things on my desk -- water bottle cap, single-edge razor blade, etc. Gangbusters. Later, I picked up an actual SMD resistor and successfully placed it on its target location -- not easy with my Senior eyeballs. However, the packaging has a problem -- the usage directions are all covered over with various stickers (see first photo). So you don't have to play the same heat-gun game that I did, photo 2 is the back of the package with all of the occlusive stickerage melted off.
