I love this photo box, the packaging was excellent no complaints, the assembly was pretty simple it didn't come with instructions but was easy enough to figure out. Once I assembled it, I lit it up and was amazed by how bright it was, my first image was with my cell phone and I took a picture of my head phones as a test and even with a cell phone the image was bright clear, evenly lit and almost zero shadows. The customer service was polite and attentive and very helpful because it took a while to receive my package because of the bad storms at the time, but I did receive it and if I didn't the were willing to send another one hassle free. Great products and great company I will recommend this product to anyone.

I absolutely love this light box. While there are others that are similar, the reviews scared me away. This one had only one stellar) review and fewer backdrops, but I decided to take my chances. I was not disappointed. While this is portable, there are a lot of pieces. It's not like it snaps into place. But it's very easy to put together and has a great carrying case. It is very compact, but not so small that you cannot photograph larger small items inside (an oxymoron, I know). I wanted it to shoot 12.5" fashion dolls (don't judge me), and it's the perfect size for that. The included lights are incredibly bright and a cloth with clips is included to cover them so you don't have to find your own to keep from using direct light. Unlike the other product that looks exactly like this (and for which reviewers are paid for an *unbiased* review), the lights at no time get hot. I've had them on for an hour straight without the slightest warming. There is a switch outside the tent to turn the lights on and off. The cords for the lights come out of a hole in the top of the tent so they do not interfere in your photos. I'm not sure what else I could possibly say about this wonderful, compact softbox. If you're looking for something portable that fits in a small footprint for which you do not need to purchase additional lighting, look no further.
