User tips:
1. Pairing:
For the first use, turn on the Bluetooth keyboard power switch. The pairing indicator will light up for 5 seconds. Press the first key on the upper left corner and the last key on the lowest right corner at the same time and the light will flash to indicate the search mode. If it is not connected for 3 minutes, the keyboard will go into sleeping mode. For new device, follow the Bluetooth pairing steps and finish pairing. Once the connection is established successfully, the pairing light will stop flashing. If it is more than 10 minutes without using, the keyboard will go into sleeping mode. To wake up the keyboard, you just need to press any key of it.
2. Mode switch:
The keyboard successfully connected, long press key Fn and choose mode (Q, W, E) which is suitable for your device and the multimedia hotkeys on the first row of the keyboard will work in specific mode. For example, if you use the keyboard with iPad, press Fn and Q to enter the iOS mode. The hotkeys will correspond with the shortcuts of the iOS. If you choose other platform, the hotkeys will not work for iOS.

Note:
If the keyboard is not working with the iPad (or other Bluetooth devices), please make sure that:
1. The Bluetooth function on the iPad (or other Bluetooth devices) is synced correctly.
2. The distance between the Bluetooth keyboard and device is within 10 meters.
3. The Pin code is entered correctly.
4. Restart your device.
5. Please confirm whether the alkaline battery voltage is too low. Replace the battery as soon as possible.
6. Simply restart the keyboard by turning it OFF and then ON.
The Bluetooth keyboard can not be contacted with sharp objects, oil, chemicals and fire.
When folded, the product can not be squeezed.
Please do not put heavy objects on the keyboard.
Please do not stretch or distort the keyboard too hard.

Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate TOMTOP, and we will pass on this compensation to you. 5. What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

The photos or video of the defective item(s)
