Mine has the plastic bottom, I know two guys who have them and they are identical. I tore the rubber off mine so I could put the Velcro on easier. Hope this helps

I use it as an overdrive with a British voiced amp. You may want a different sound, but I leave it set with the high @ 1 o'clock the mid @ 11 o'clock the bass @ 10 o'clock, the voice nob set at 2 and the volume/gain dialed to taste. The highs can get a tad raspy when playing alone, but in a band they help cut through.

You can run a compressor before it or a volume pedal. All other pedals should go after it. Don't believe the hype though. All (or almost all) positive reviews are true. This is a good impression of the Fender amplifier. Although I do not have any Fender tube amplifier, I have four tube amplifiers. If you are looking for the perfect tube sound, it is better that you buy a pair, and so on. If you know you can not be perfect, but you do not want to shake the amplifier, that's it. This pedal is a good alternative for people who usually play through tube amplifiers. What I really sold was the difference in tone and sound through the headphones when I turned on and stepped on the pedals while I was playing. Off, the signal sounds like there is no amplifier. When it is turned on, its signal sounds as if it is playing through an amplifier. Obviously, the pedal sounds cleaner, but even with some units, it still sounds good. I also have JF-13 AC Tone, I prefer this. This album sounds more natural to me. The quality of the FAR sound exceeds the price of the pedal. This really is not a brain. The reason I bought this pedal was because I was playing in a small church, which meant that the volume of the stage was always a problem. I found this not only as an affordable solution for the volume of the stage, but it actually sounds good

This f / x preamp provides everything from improved flash cleaning to full distortion. I use both to have a good effect. It is said that he is the clone of Tech 21 Blonde in his series of characters. All I know is that I will not separate from myself. The EQ part is very effective in terms of pitch adjustment. Voice control sounds open and ventilated to a minimum, while distortion / OD concentrates more on higher locations. Voice control is the secret here. Otherwise, this is just a direct improvement box / OD (with an impressive stack of tones). The OD is very smooth from clean to medium high gain. No rough distortion or blurry bubble was found. The bottom line is: This unit can become your new favorite or always in the box! Not to mention the crazy price point! Come one today. You will not be disappointed.

The best tone I've ever played ... Personally, this pedal plays with my Mustang V solid-state amp, making it sound incredibly good ... everyone I think is not that refined and powerful. The effect of this pedal is very subtle, but for those who have ears, this pedal can produce incredibly rich tones. Connect it to the amplifier's effect send return channel, otherwise, if it is placed in front, the pedal preamp will produce a bit of noise ... all ... I think my tone is perfect ... thanks to Joyo And its incredibly cheap product ... it's fantastic. Buy it, the price will not go wrong. I saved $ 1,500 for double reverberation. This pedal is in full compliance with your statement. This sounds like a fender amp distortion. The great distortion of sound is beautiful. You can get a soft and smooth blues sound or a clear rock sound. Voice control allows you to really control the tone. The EQ option makes this pedal a true superior product. I do not know if its price is so low, because it sounds a lot better than many of my distortion pedals, and the price is more than $ 100. It's also more versatile, no buzzing, completely muted, and does not have obvious buzzing even when the distortion it's activated. It can be linked without problems. If you put it in front of a soft pedal, it will keep the guitar tone well, while still getting the blur you want. I highly recommend this pedal.

I have several "sound" pedals of excellent music (USA, UK, CA tone, etc.), which is the best. When it enters a clean amplifier or enters the PA directly, it perfectly captures the sound of the Fender amplifier. The controller is easy to use and gives you a completely different sound by changing the tone and "button" of the unit. At home, I use it to provide additional tone options for my valve amplifier. In the band rehearsal, I used this pedal directly on the PA mixing panel to sound great. It is easier to rehearse than to drag a large amplifier. :) My only complaint is that many cheap pedals (Donner, Excellence, etc.) are common. The rubber pad and velcro strap on the pedals do not push me away, and the Velcro strap fits perfectly into the metal case.

I use the Boss BR800 and the 40 amp Fender Champion as the front of the Tascam DP32SD, both are effective, but not ideal. Boss has a clumsy and sophisticated interface based on small screens and clumsy touch buttons. Adding a little treble is a 30-second exercise. The Fender Champion amplifier is a pleasant way to use, with simple and practical controls, but the recording is too noisy. In addition, both devices have "digital" sounds that are difficult to describe, but they are known when you listen to them. So I looked for a simple "front" amplifier that would provide silent and flexible output through analog circuits. I found some fancy gadgets with many amp simulations, microphone positions and more. I do not want to be so confused, all these devices are clear (or possibly) digital. However, this Joyo network seems to be a low risk solution with the limited functionality and analog design that I desire. After a brief test, I thought I had found a winner. The quality of the construction is very strong, with a sturdy metal casing and a solid and smooth steering control. Depending on the settings of the voice and gain controls, the sound is clean from a squeal to a severe overload. The device behaves like a variety of tube amp fronts, possibly in the Fender style, providing all the guitar tones I need. It uses the same controls that I have used for 50 years to complete it quickly and easily. I spent most of my time running my Fender Strat and my Gibson ES-339 with Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, but I started directly on our Behringer XR18 PA to save time and space for practice and small shows. As you might expect, the sound that goes directly to the PA is like a tube amplifier, which is very disappointing. It does not matter how I say it sounds different, especially when I step on my Boss Super Overdrive pedal. It's not really a distorted guitar sound ... it's not good. I found this pedal and watched some YouTube comments. I saw a person using this magnificent pedal and a real Fender Deluxe Reverb amplifier for blind A / B tests. This pedal really sounds better! So I tried it ... the price is worth to bet. I am very happy to have done it! When they said guitar amplifier companies should be afraid of these model pedals, I agree with some criticism. Everyone is great! The clean and dirty tone is incredible. So warm and juicy ... like a real tube amp. I can not be happy Now I can sell my Fender amplifier, because this little one fits on my pedal and saves me from the PIA by worrying about dragging my amplifier. Cool !

The American audio pedal shines like the recording DI. This is exactly what I was looking for, a good sound amplifier simulator recorded directly on my interface. Although I do not have a Fender Twin Reverb, I really can not compare the two. I own a Blues Junior and I used to have an FM212. I can get a similar sound with the pedal, just like I use a real amp microphone. The pedals can even shoot well at other pedals, like an amplifier. I accelerated my jekyll & hyde accelerating in front of this pedal, also my ibanez ts-7. I tried using this pedal as an overload on my amplifier. I used solid state and blues primary amplifiers, it sounds good, nothing special, I prefer to use my other dedicated speed pedals.
