Can i combine two outputs for 18v (want to use the mxr 10-band eq)?

  • That's not how voltage works, you can't just combine 2 outputs like that. Buy a dedicated power supply.

does this come with the daisy chain?

  • It comes with power cords for additional effects, but they're separate, not a daisy chain
