This replaced our baby monitor. Go with this instead of the majority of baby monitors in my opinion. Hooked up quick, night vision is great, pan/tilt and voice is all perfrct, wifi works 90percent of time. That is my only critique. Sometimes I have to reset the unit.... but it is rare. Oh and the website desktop way of viewing isnt great... it times out or doesnt update. But for the price, as a baby monitor, I think this is the best... hands down.

Excellent product! I bought one camera to try out. Set up was quick and easy. 2 minutes from out of the box to up and running. I bought a second camera. I had some difficulty setting up the second camera, but totally my fault (forgot my password). One call to Amcrest tech support, and they got me hooked up in no time. Great company that backs up their products!

I needed something to check on my old grandmother and bulldog when I was out of the house. I found this product at a reasonable price with great features like pan/tilt, built in mic and speaker, smartphone app etc. I was sold. I even tried it out when I was in Korea for business. Wow!

This is very neat camera! It hooked up quite easily and was easy to use. It worked great and I like it already more than my child's video monitoring system! I haven't used it long, but I'm really quite happy with this purchased. We are going to take it with us on a trip so that we can monitor our son while napping/sleeping. I anticipate it working wonderfully!! It was even packaged nicely, would've been nice as a gift with the way it was packaged in it's "Tiffany's" looking box. I did receive a discount for my review, but please know I am being honest.

This camera is awesome.. I work nights and I have a teenage daughter so yes I'm that type of parent. I have it set to record via the cloud and motion detector at a certain time. I wish it would send alerts via text but email will have to do for now. The camera is very clear and you can zoom into it. Night vision is great to and being able to talk over the camera is a nice feature only issue with that is you have to disable speaker to talk and vice versa to hear. We have it set so we can see the kitchen , living room , hallway and both front entrance and french doors. What would really be cool is if it could detect motion 360,.. maybe one day!!!

Just received this and plugged and played. It works great so far. I highly recommend looking into this product if you are the market for something like for your home. Especially if you have pets or kids at home this would be a great way to keep an eye on them. Or maybe if you want to catch your significant other in certain acts, whatever it may be, this product is well made and functions as it should. I will update after further use.

I order 3 different cameras from amazon to test out which was the best. D-link, Foscam and Amcrest. This Amcrest outperformed the other two in quality and ease of connectivity. I had this running on my phone in minutes. Picture quality is great and ability to setup precise motion detection zones, days and times is perfect for my home security purposes. Walter at their customer service department was a great help with a desktop setup issue I had !

I got this Amcrest HDSeries 720P WiFi Wireless IP Security Surveillance Camera System a week ago and i have been using it since then. I must say that this is an amazing surveillance camera for the price. This camera was shipped on time and came in a very nice and durable package. I comes with an easy to understand manual which has a nice description for setting up the camera. I opted for the Android option as i use my android phone to operate the camera. For that you have to download an app by the name of Amcrest lite, which is available free of cost at play store. Even though the reviews for the app were no so good but my personal experience with the app has been good so far.

Great ip camera! I had no problem setting it up on my network and getting to work on my iphone. I did encounter some difficulty getting it to work on my wife's iphone so I contacted support and they were fantastic!!! They upgraded my firmware and got it working on the second phone and advised me on additional desktop software that was available and gave a short tour of the features! 5 star product and 5+ star support!

We'd originally purchased the D-Link Pan and Tilt Wi-Fi (DCS-5020L) at Target, but then purchased the Amcrest here on Amazon because of its microphone and speaker. WOW, what a difference! The image resolution is MUCH better, the camera responds almost instantly (DLink had an annoying delay) and pans much faster, has zoom, and of course sound. I am impressed, and happy with the product.

seach "Easy install of Amcrest HD" on youtube and find my video installing it. So easy to install and effortless! literally only took a minute or two! I also have the audio and night vision sample shown.in the video. You also have the option installing via a laptop;/ computer. Its nice to be able to control it away from home from the convenience of your phone. The stand is decent. The only downside I have is it's an indoor camera. One would probably want to build some sort of outdoor enclosure to use it outside.

Im super impressed with these amcrest cameras. They are really easy to set up and light on their internet pages. The all work with blue iris, allow you to turn off unnecessary features, and they all work with 3rd party apps. It comes with a free 4 hour recording time online for each camera through the amcrest cloud service. The PTZ is responsive and easy to use via ipcam viewer and blue iris, the picture quality is really good compared to SD cameras but a little bit worse when compared to top notch 1080p cameras. I really am liking these amcrest cameras the more i use them. I have now purchased 3 different kinds, and will continue to do so.

Very nice camera with an easy interface. I did have a couple of issues setting up and called tech support. They actually answered with a very short wait time and did help figure out my issue. I have since talked two friends into getting one. My main purpose for getting the camera is to check on my pets when I'm gone...it does that very well. The features you get are generally found on higher end cameras that cost more. I do recommend this system and tech support is great.

It really was very easy to set up. That is the one reason I picked this camera over other less expensive ones. I'm not tech savvy and I was able to get it set up on my phone, desktop, web view and cloud view in a short amount of time. It did exactly what I needed it to do, which was allow me to check in on my pets while I was out of the house to see which one was 'redecorating' my house. A great feature was getting emails to alert me to a recording being made when I used the motion sensor feature. The only piece I was confused about was the 4 free hours of cloud storage space. I was using the motion sensor feature to record and l thought it was based on actual recorded time and it was not, it is based on a 4 hour time span. But that was my misunderstanding. I would highly recommend it!
