    Good but not exactly accurate, in the end it is fine to measure the temperature of the oven, a degree of difference nn creates problems at 500 ° C.

    I bought this product because I needed to measure the temperature of the stone of the pizza oven g3 ferrari and I find it very practical, useful and above all fast.
