The IK Multimedia AmpliTube iRig combines an easy-to-use instrument interface adapter with guitar and bass tone software for your favorite Apple mobile device. With AmpliTube iRig, you can plug your guitar into your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad and jam anywhere with top-notch guitar and bass tone right in the palm of your hand. Plug iRig into your mobile device; plug in your instrument; add headphones, amp or powered speakers; install the AmpliTube app; and start rocking.

Functions:
With AmpliTube for iPhone, you’ll have an entire guitar/bass rig at your fingertips, comprised of 3 recombinable simultaneous stompbox effects, an amp-head plus cabinet and a microphone.
You can capture your ideas quickly by recording your performances with the built-in recorder featuring re-amping capabilities, then share your track by exporting high quality audio files or MP3s.
With AmpliTube for iPhone fully loaded, you will be able to choose between 5 amps (clean,
crunch, lead, metal, bass) with full controls, 16 stompbox effects (delay, reverb, fuzz,
distortion, overdrive, wah, envelope filter, chorus, flanger, phaser, octave, noise filter,
compressor, limiter parametric EQ, six band graphic equalizer ), 5 cabinets and 2 microphones (dynamic and condenser).

1/8” female stereo output mini-jack connector.

Also works with line level signals from synthesizers, keyboards, mixers.

Full rig with 3 simultaneous stompboxes + amp with effects + cabinet + mic.
11 Stomps, 5 Amps, 5 Cabinets, 2 Mics expandable with 5 Stomps available through in-app
purchase.
Single track recorder, with re-amping, expandable to full 4 tracks recording studio with master effects section through in-app purchase.
Import and play up to 50 songs to be used as backing tracks directly from your iPod library or computer.
Slow down or speed up to tempo (-50% to +200%) of imported songs without affecting their pitch.
36 presets can be saved/named/recalled on the fly.
Includes tuner/metronome.
Low-latency for real time playing.

    I've been playing music for 20 years, collecting some crazy equipment around. The iRig is the most fantastic,inexpensive,useful piece of my music technology. This is the hardware any composer, guitarist, songwriter, bassist could ever want. With a few amazing apps, iRig bcomes the key element that turns your iPad into a music production studio . I've been using my iRig guitar adapter for a month and I'm still excited about having it. If you play guitar and own an iphone, ipod or iPad, I highly recommend iRig guitar adapter.

    This IK Multimedie iRig Guitar Adapter is a very excellent item! I connect it with my iphone 4 and it works very well! Before I bought one adapter similar like this from Amazon, that one is more expensive than this, but quality is not so good! This worths this price for such high quality! Highly recommended.

    The adapter is excellent! I have an ipod and it is really like a bridge for my guitar and ipod. It has the record system so I can pracitce and listen the effects. Price is acceptable and quality is high. My friends saw this item and they also want one. Really good item and I would like to recommend!
