The HD Extender over single CAT5/6/6E with IR extends high definition video and audio signals and IR, at a distance of up to 164ft/50m over a single CAT5/6/6E cable. Features EDID management, which allows and encourages source and display "handshake" for seamless integration. With only one cost effective CAT5/6/6E cable, high definition sources with HD outputs can be connected to high definition displays with HD inputs over long distances. DTS-HD or Dolby TrueHD audio are supported and compatible with the extender. The extender offers the most convenient solution for HD extension over a single CAT5/6/6E cable of long distance capability, and is the perfect solution for most application.

Features:
Works with HD and HDCP compliant devices.
The transmitting unit of this HD Extender is used to capture the HD input with IR signals and carries the signals via one cost-effective CAT5/6/6E cable.
The receiving unit of this HD Extender is responsible for equalizing the transmitted HD signal and reconstructing IR control signals.
Allows HD audio/video and IR signals to be transmitted over a single CAT5/6/6E cable.
Resolution: supports up to 1080P/60Hz high definition resolution.
Transmission range: extends 1080P resolution up to 164ft/50m over a single CAT5/6/6E cable.
Support (local) loop out display display and receiver end display.
Support EDID management and control, support copy EDID of HD output (TV).
