This HDMI / MHL to HDMI & VGA Converter Adapter with embedded control device to support the Audio, HDMI and VGA outputs. And, its built-in HDMI / MHL / HDCP / CEC / CBUS controller chips makes users easy to use this Adapter. This adapter can automatically manage HDMI / MHL RX/ HDMI TX / HDCP function without the need to develop firmware, and the CEC Controller provides the CEC physical layer transceiver and protocol layer of automatic processing, the CBUS controller provides command of transformation between the MHL RAP/ RCP and HDMI CEC automatically. The included chip not only supports one HDMI / MHL RX port, one HDMI TX port and the repeater function, but also supports decoding the Audio and VGA output, and the chip is perfectly compatible with HDMI 1.4 and MHL 2.0 standard. And, in HDMI RX, this chip supports SD / HD audio and video in 12-bits deep color up to 1080p (225Mhz TMDS clock). Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.

If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
Next, contact TOMTOP immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. We will contact the courier company from our end.
Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate TOMTOP, and we will pass on this compensation to you. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to TOMTOP in order for us to send out a new piece.
 

5. What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

The photos of original TOMTOP package with front and back sides
The photos or video of the defective item(s)
