The HD extender that overs one coaxial cable with IR control can offer the right way to send your HD signal to a long distances instead of using expensive HD cables. And, this device lets your existing coaxial cables or sockets perform the same function just like HD cable when you use it, and also can transfer the Deep Color (12 bits/color) video. All comes with a bandwidth up to 225MHz. And, if that weren’t enough, you can use your existing remote control device to control your device through an IR blaster.

Connect and Operate:
Connect the signal source such as Blu-Ray Player, Play Station 3, audio/video receiver, cable or satellite receivers with HD output interfaces by a short high-speed HD cable to the HD Transmitter input. HD cable length should not exceed 16 ft.
Connect the HD Transmitter output BNC ports to included Receiver by using single RG6 coaxial cables. It is strongly recommended that factory terminated cable assemblies are used and their length shall not exceed 328 ft respectively. 
Connect the HD output from the Receiver to high-definition display devices such as HD-LCD, HD-DLP and HD projectors with HD input interfaces. Use high-speed HD cables that are recommended for the distances that are required for each connection. HD cable length should not exceed 16 ft. 
The source can be controlled from the display. It is accomplished by using an optional IR Receiver pigtail pointing away from the display, which can be connected to the receiver portion of the extender. And then the IR Transmitter pigtail is connected to the Transmitter of the extender and pointed at the source.

Will this work with rg59 wiring, using rg6->rg59 adapters?

  • It did not work for me even with a 6-feet RG6 mock-up and the seller gave me a hard time returning this DOA kit...

I need to pass an antenna signal from a cable jack to the TV wirelessly. Will this do that?

  • Unfortunately it this product is transferring HDMI signal true TV cable (rg6) that exist already not wireless.

      I had some issues getting it to work at first, I believe it is finicky on the hook-up and power-up sequence, or it could have been due to the HDMI splitters and switch that confused it, it works perfectly now and has for about a week. I have 3 sources located in the den, SAT, DVR and Blu Ray, and wanted to be able to watch the same in the bedroom. Each source output goes through a splitter, with one output going to the den tv and the other going to an HDMI switch. The switch output connects to the HDMI extender transmitter with the receiver in the bedroom. With the remote control for the switch, I can watch either one of the 3 sources independent of the den tv. The IR remote capability works great, allowing me to control the sources from the bedroom. Highly recommended for this purpose.

      Great seller. The product works great! I'm an a/v installer and tested several of these using a DirecTV satellite receiver to a 2-way and 4-way HDMI splitter, going to 200' of coax each before being connected back to the TV. It looks great. Andoer also sent me 9 more from China that arrived in a week! Thanks! -highly recommended seller
