Pros:It actually does stimulate muscles - It works better on the muscles that are more visible, like your arm muscles. If you're fit and you do workout regularly then this is the one for you. It stimulates muscles to contract just like as if you were doing real workout. Cons:It may not work straight away if you don't know how to change speed/intensity levels. It's pretty easy after reading the manual. Bottomline:I recommend this product to people who workout regularly for daily use with the regular workout program.
