I can't think of anything else that could be a problem. Like I said they work perfectly with my 6d. So much so that I'm about to order two more RF-603C II's to go with another flash that I just got. Yes, it does come with a sync cord for Canon EOS cameras. In this case I also have a 7d and it works perfectly.

It doesn't have HHS or any high sync speed but it will work on canon Dslr also you can't control your flash with the camera manue only on the flash

603 can help 5DIII trigger the YN560II. but flash mode have to do setting on the flash light itself.

I've owned this product for about 3 months now and I just fallen in love with it. I own 3 Pocketwizards II which I use with my studio lights but I've been looking for a trigger cable which would trigger the camera and flash simultaneously. That set up for Pocketwizard would have cost me about 60 to over 100 bucks alone so I took a chance with the Yongnuo's. I got the 2 Trigger package which came with a shutter release cable for about 30 bucks. I love it so much that I ordered another set for a 2 light set up and wireless trigger system. I've read many negative reviews on where people are having trouble putting the flash on it and securing it on the light stand! Not to be rude or anything but those people should probably stick to natural lighting or educate themselves more on how to properly set up a lighting system. The only negative thing about the trigger would be that you have to turn it on before you mount the flash but beside that love those little buggers!

They work fine on my Canon 7D, but not in live view. So I set up the picture in live view, using the 10x multiplier to focus. Then I turn off AF, switch out of live view, and shoot away. Works like a charm. The biggest problem is that they would not work with my friend's Nikon D90. But I'm still happy with them.
