3. How long dose it take to have my orders shipped after the payment is made?

5. What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

The photos or video of the defective item(s)
The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s)

    Bottomline: I bought this to use with my new ipad. It works really great and like carrying a little computer. The "u" button tends to stick, but this is still convenient. Yet, I will admit that I ended up buying a bluetooth keyboard that works a bit better for me. I have long fingers and this just seemed a little small.

    El producto llego en fecha y en perfectas condiciones, es justo lo que necesitaba la tablet para poder escribir más rápido. El único problema es que el teclado está en inglés y carece de ñ pero por lo demás perfecto, no pesa y se ajusta perfectamente al tamaño de la tablet 10.1".

    Aunque es un poco voluminosa comparado con otras, la tablet va más acolchada. Sujeta bien y el teclado es normal (en inglés, eso sí). La pega que le veo es que el conector es usb y te obliga a poner un adaptador a mini-usb y ya es más rollo.

    I received my wireless Bluetooth keyboard and was surprised with the quality of the product. The case fit my playbook well and was easy to slide into place. Setting up and linking the keyboard was very simple too. Also, the flip out stand put the playbook at just the right angel. The only complaint I would have is the cover of for the playbook covers part of the border that you need to swipe back to main menu. Also, the keyboard takes a little time to get used to being so small and some of the keys are in different places then on my laptop.
