4. What should I do if my items arrived damaged?
Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.

If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
Next, contact TOMTOP immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. We will contact the courier company from our end.
Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate TOMTOP, and we will pass on this compensation to you. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to TOMTOP in order for us to send out a new piece.
5. What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

The photos or video of the defective item(s)

Sometimes you may need to ship the defective item back to us for free repair service or a new replacement. Customer should cover the return shipping fee, and TOMTOP is responsible for the shipping costs of arranging reshipment by air mail.

My first choice was not a smart doorbell but more a wireless camera for the outdoors. I found this and based on the good reviews I decided to give it a try. I mainly purchased it for the two way communication. You really don't realize how much a device like this makes sense until you get it. At first I thought "why would I need to talk to my guests all I need is a black and white video of them" but I promise you will be impressed. I was expecting painters this morning and my wife didn't hear the doorbell while I was at work. I got to "answer the door" from my desk and talk with the painters and confirm that we were getting the outside of the house painted. Crazy.... As advertised the camera is just as crystal clear and they did a pretty great job delivering on that. Camera a little too round but doesn't bother me much. Night vision also as advertised but my flood light makes the image a little pink but understandably so. Overall, it ultimately is exactly what I was looking for as a wireless camera and has the recording I wanted it to have, but much more convenient than just a plain camera. Overall I am satisfied and want to buy a second one for our side alleyway where our garage and kitchen door to the side garage is.

This is a very awesome product. Works as advertise. I would recommend this to anyone who want to see who came to your house. Let me spy on them and see if i want to deal with them or just let them think I am not home. The unit is very easy to use and easy to set up. The cool part is that you can have multiple person contacted once you share the door bell which is very simple process. At first I was reserved about the placement of the since my door bell is perpendicular to the door. But after a dry run with the unit in my hand, I was able to find the right camera location allow me to see clearly who is at the door. I think i prefer it this way. If you are looking for a smart door bell this should be the one to get. I believe this product has great potential with more additional features. However the current feature are already great.

Install was a breeze as they provide literally everything you need to accomplish it. Like, above and beyond install hardware/tools. They even have it all wrapped up in a neat pouch. I hardwired mine, and the instructions provided were easy to understand and follow. Battery install would have literally taken 1-3 minutes. Initial set-up / sync was pretty easy, but I ended up having to call tech support because I encountered a problem. I called on the weekend, and got a very helpful, educated normal dude on the other line almost immediately. He was able to walk me through the problem (user error - I'm an idiot) within seconds. There is a brief lag between the doorbell being pressed and your phone being notified. For what it's doing (communicating with your router, then modem, then off to space to locate your phone, then notifying you) it's accomplished very quickly. Video / audio quality will largely rely on your phone's mobile or WiFi speed. Also, your guests get an audible tone from the device when they the bell (which is nice) and the light-up feature at night is a nice touch!

We have been using the video doorbell for several weeks now and love it! Now, we can interact with people at the door regardless if we are in the bathroom, backyard, or not home at! It gives us the security we were looking for, without the overkill appearance of a security camera at the front door. I have motion alerts and alerts enabled on my iPhone, and notification only on my wife's iPhone. We were both able to answer , and both able to communicate with the visitors from different locations over cellular connection at the same time. The visitors really have no idea if you are home or not. Our unit is hard wired, and the existing 50+ year old doorbell perfectly. Also when the unit is hard wired, the button has a nice soft glow making it very obvious where to press. Fine tuning the motion settings so that only areas in view of the camera seem to be key to making the motion capture exactly what you want it to. The customer service was very helpful and thorough with helping me fine tune this! Would highly recommend!
