3. How long dose it take to have my orders shipped after the payment is made?

4. What should I do if my items arrived damaged?

Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.
If this has happened, please follow these steps:
If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.
If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
Next, contact TOMTOP immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. We will contact the courier company from our end.
Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate TOMTOP, and we will pass on this compensation to you. The compensation varies from case to case and is different for each delivery company. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to TOMTOP in order for us to send out a new piece.
 

5. What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period, you can ask for us. Every product has a specific warranty period(If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us).

In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
The photos of original TOMTOP package with front and back sides
The photos or video of the defective item(s)
The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s)

    We have been using the video doorbell for several weeks now and love it! Now, we can interact with people at the door regardless if we are in the bathroom, backyard, or not home at! It gives us the security we were looking for, without the overkill appearance of a security camera at the front door. I have motion alerts and alerts enabled on my iPhone, and notification only on my wife's iPhone. We were both able to answer s, and both able to communicate with the visitors from different locations over cellular connection at the same time. The visitors really have no idea if you are home or not. Our unit is hard wired, and s the existing 50+ year old doorbell perfectly. Also when the unit is hard wired, the button has a nice soft glow making it very obvious where to press.

     My family and I are so in love with the doorbell! It has made getting packages easier and the best part is we get an alert on our phone instead of the doorbell ing...which means the dogs aren't going crazy when a package is left at the door.     This Doorbell still does have a few glitches here and there, but overall it's great. And a huge improvement from the doorbot. It has a nice sleek design. It's fast, responsive and the audio quality is superb. I would definitely recommend this product.

    They did a great job making this.It was really easy to set up, but I needed the Netgear wifi extender which I had a hard time setting that up all because I select the wrong encryption or what ever it was. Other wise the Netgear wifi extender would have been real easy to set up. Nice to know who was at your door and on all your phones.

    Fantastic invention! It has become a necessity. My wife and I were out of the country when she VIEWED THE VIDEO on her phone that an important package from DHL had been delivered. Only it needed to be signed for and DHL had come twice already. Before the third and final attempt (without a signature, it would have been sent back to the sender), my wife had a family member contact DHL and pick up the package. is simply installed and comes with a great little tool kit. I was very impressed with the items and quality of the unit.

    This is a great idea and well made item. I installed it on my vacation home which is 150 miles from my residence. I already have received a notification when someone came to the house to solicit a donation. It gives me confidence and a good security feeling when we are not at the property. It was easy to install and even easier to connect to my internet connection and I'm not that tech savy! Well worth the price. I may call my insurance company and try to get a discount on my homeowners.

    Had some problems with the first two Doorbells, but customer service was outstanding as was tech support. With their help the problem was solved. Recieved replacement units with no problem within 4 days for both replacements. Have had the unit installed for over two weeks with no poblems. Is far as I am concerned this is the best product available. Oustanding service and tech support. Would definitly recommend you buy the Doorbell.

    The installation was simple, although I was installing the doorbell on vinyl siding, which they do not provide instructions for doing so. Due to the nature of the siding there are gaps around the doorbell, and the siding. I personally do not like that, so I will be remounting the doorbell by cutting away the siding and mount the doorbell to some blocks that I affix to the wall.

    Sometimes, I think that reviews are a funny thing. I've never felt inclined to leave a review for a product that works because that's exactly what I expect...for it to work! This product has pushed me to actually leave a review because not only does it work, but it's already made my life so much easier to the point that i don't know what I did without a smart doorbell in the past. Setup was a breeze, installation was easy but could have been a breeze if they included longer screws and the overall quality of the device's exterior is nice and sturdy. So far, so great.

    This is amazing. I normally don't post something with a recommendation unless it is literally "life changing" The video I am sha is my wife ing the doorbell and me at our store. You can answer the door from anywhere in the world. You can put it on your smartphone, iphone, ipad, imac, windows pc (windows 10) to answer the door. The point being the person at your door does not know where you are. It works through your Wifi so there is no cost other than $3 a month or $30 for the year if you choose to store your video on a cloud (which I did). They say that most burglars the bell first to see if anyone is home and in researching prior to buying this, most burglars see the doorbell and don't even it because they know they are being video taped. It works buy ing or by motion so if someone decides not to the bell, you will still see who it was. [...]

    This device is fantastic. It took me minutes to install with the tools provided. I'm running mine on battery only so that may have made it easier. I tested it several times and all functions work as advertisied. The best part is I left later that day for a business trip and the motion sensor alerted me to a guy who parked in my driveway walked up to the door and took pictures through the window of my door. I was shocked how quickly I got value out of the product. I highly recommend this product.

    As someone who got the Doorbot when it first came out and was less than impressed I have to now say you guys have made a happy customer out of me. Initially I unboxed the Doorbot, tried it and hated it. I then opened a case with support, didn't get anywhere and boxed it back up. I didn't look at the Doorbot until a year or two later when we moved into an old turn of the century bank building and needed a doorbell of some sort.

    I enjoy being able to monitor my front door from work and it gives our family the added security we need. Literally it's another piece of tech gear that helps me sleep at night! The camera has a great 180 degree field of view that allows me to see part of my driveway and out to the street. The motion detection works as advertised and the company seems to be on top of updates to the app.

    The reason I bought them was for my wife, who has a bit of a mobility problem and needs them to be able to safely answer the door. I bought two of them, one for the front door and one for the back door. They work extremely well. Excellent coverage. We can see the entire porch in the front as well as the entire deck in the back. The video and audio quality is excellent.

    I own a professional custom A/V/Netowrking design and installation company in Chicago (Solin Systems) and bought this to install for my own home to review for my clients. I like to know first hand about products so that I can give a confident analysis to my clients. I was incredibly pleased with the leading me to purchase a second one for the back door of my home, lead a client to purchase one for me to install, and ultimately deciding to become an authorized dealer / installer. There are minor issues which can easily be addressed through software updates and I've been really pleased with their customer service so far. I have up-down lights on the exterior of my house and the down light was creating a strong glare on the camera lens.

    I have had the Wi-Fi- Enabled Video Doorbell for just about 1 year now. I love the ability to see who is coming to my door when i am not at home. We also use it for our Grandson, who stays with us occasionally to check in with us when he gets home from school, so that we know he is home safe. We have had a few small issues with the device, but the technical support has been fantastic. Every time we have either called or emailed with a problem they have gotten back to us right away and solved our problem.

    At first the bell was not working the way I was hoping. However after I figured out the issue with my wifi, it worked perfectly. I didn't realize that my old wifi router's signal was really weak outside the house. I found out by carry my small laptop and run a speed test inside the house and then running it again outside the house. There was a big difference because of the material the house was made out of. I purchased a better cable modem and a new wifi router with stronger signal and range and it worked as the ad described. So for those having picture quality issues or it seem to lag. Try doing what I did and it should work better. Hope the tip helps.
