3. How long dose it take to have my orders shipped after the payment is made?

4. What should I do if my items arrived damaged?

Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.
If this has happened, please follow these steps:
If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.
If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
Next, contact TOMTOP immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. We will contact the courier company from our end.
Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate TOMTOP, and we will pass on this compensation to you. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to TOMTOP in order for us to send out a new piece.
 

5. What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period, you can ask for us. Every product has a specific warranty period(If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us).

In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
The photos of original TOMTOP package with front and back sides
The photos or video of the defective item(s)
The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s)

     My family and I are so in love with the doorbell! It has made getting packages easier and the best part is we get an alert on our phone instead of the doorbell ing...which means the dogs aren't going crazy when a package is left at the door.     We have been using the video doorbell for several weeks now and love it! Now, we can interact with people at the door regardless if we are in the bathroom, backyard, or not home at! It gives us the security we were looking for, without the overkill appearance of a security camera at the front door. I have motion alerts and alerts enabled on my iPhone, and notification only on my wife's iPhone. We were both able to answer s, and both able to communicate with the visitors from different locations over cellular connection at the same time. The visitors really have no idea if you are home or not. Our unit is hard wired, and s the existing 50+ year old doorbell perfectly. Also when the unit is hard wired, the button has a nice soft glow making it very obvious where to press.

    I've had this unit for approximately two months. The Wi-fi connection is very stable in my setup. The bell is mounted about 20 feet from my router. Signal goes through two walls and the exterior with no problem.

    I first heard about this product on one of Leo Laporte's podcasts. I thought it sounded really cool and went ahead and bought it. The setup only took me about 15 minutes, including drilling and mounting the unit. I had a standard doorbell with 2 wires and the uses those wires to trickle charge, so I never have to charge it manually. It easily connected to my Wi-Fi, and also s my original doorbell.

    This is well-thought-out product, including the packaging. Inside the box is not only the product and printed instructions that are easy to follow, but all the tools you will need to install it with the exception of the drill if you're putting it on a brick or cement wall. But, even a drillbit that's the right side is included in the box. If you need tech-support there's a phone number and if the wait time is too long someone will call you back within a few minutes. The product itself works perfectly and can be used on more than one phone so if you're not home but someone else is, the doorbell can still be answered. You will be notified as well and can even have a three-way conversation if necessary.

    Works great. Easy installation. Set up quick and straightforward. Motion programming simple, but instructions neglect to say push bell to set,instead says to initiate call.Needs to be corrected in set up instructions.

    Works as advertised. Installation is easy. Setup was a breeze. I was afraid I would get too many false alarms with motion detect but after adjusting the range once, it worked perfectly. I only get notifications for people that are in front of the door (like the mail man). Video and audio quality is better than expected. You obviously need a fast enough internet connection and a strong enough wifi signal.

    Great product, works really well. Only complaint is that the wood screws provided in the package are pretty cheap and two of them broke off du installation with a power screwdriver. Everything else about the hardware and the iOS app has been perfect.

    I love it! Super easy to set up, I had this working and installed (brick wall too!) in no time. While it is super sensitive to movement, and I frequently get notifications for the mail truck, garbage truck....id rather have that than no notifications. I LOVE that I can answer the door when people it OR even answer and talk to prop when it's been set off by motion.

    This is really neat little device. I've had no issues with installing it, using the app, answe the chime or any other issues. Maybe the battery life (I wasn't able to connect it to the regular doorbell wi ) could be a little better but I'm still in shakedown mode so that's not an issue so far. If you have a lot of traffic at your front door then I don't think this is for you. But if you want a notice when somebody comes to the door and you want to be able to answer it even if you're not there, then this is a neat solution. It is a bit larger than a 'normal' doorbell, so you will have to be a little creative in placing it. The view is sort of like a peep hole and can be a bit distorting but I haven't had any trouble recognizing who is at the door. Works for me.

    I bought these for my parents and my in-laws, all of whom have Apple products. They love it because they don't need to get up every time the doorbell s - they can just check it from their iPhone or iPad. Before installing, I made sure they had a very strong WiFi connection at the front door. We are dabbling with the video storage function, so far so good.

    This product is absolutely amazing! It works better than expected. As I work from home, I wanted a way to be able to answer the door without having to physically answer the door--especially if it is a stranger. In addition to being able to speak with someone outside my door, it is kind of nice to be able to answer your door--no matter where you are--giving the illusion that you are home at any given time. This feature is great for if one goes on vacation, is out shopping, etc.

    Great video doorbell. The connection to my wifi network was easy to perform. The video is great and provides that next level of security, especially if you get a lot of packages. The only drawback I found was that in order to set the motion sensor range I had to press the doorbell to save it; a minor inconvenience if you have a dog that barks when rang.

    We lease a home in California, but our permanent home is near a small town in the mountains of Colorado. I installed there and it works great. While sitting in my office here in SoCal, I startled a repairman who was taking a ladder into our house to do some work.

    At first the bell was not working the way I was hoping. However after I figured out the issue with my wifi, it worked perfectly. I didn't realize that my old wifi router's signal was really weak outside the house. I found out by carry my small laptop and run a speed test inside the house and then running it again outside the house. There was a big difference because of the material the house was made out of. I purchased a better cable modem and a new wifi router with stronger signal and range and it worked as the ad described. So for those having picture quality issues or it seem to lag. Try doing what I did and it should work better. Hope the tip helps.

    I love this product! I had mixed emotions when I ordered due to the polarizing reviews, but (so far) I haven't experienced any of the issues posted by the negative reviews. I have the lowest internet speed available, and my images are very clear and have only been delayed once. I also bought the chime, and you can set it to any volume as well as going off only for s or motion. I did keep the default settings to 5' rather than extending the zone. If you increase the zone, it will pick up traffic driving by. Overall, I'm very pleased and think it's worth the money.

    Love this product! Highly recommended! Setting it up was really easy. Just install the App from iTunes or Google Play and follow the instructions. You can easily sync your and your phone and activate/deactivate notifications. It has a very good Wi-Fi range, it works without problems through several walls from my porch to my Wi-Fi router. I also got the chime (https:// .com/chime) which I highly recommend if you don't keep your phone in your pocket when you are at home like me and want know when someone's at the door. I set it up using the internal battery but it can also be connected to your home electricity and trigger any standard electric doorbell you may already have.

    WOW... I Have been pulling my hair out trying to find a Quality Device that is easy to use like this, With the motion sensor I always know if kids are playing in my yard near my Expensive Stuff, I can even talk with them, and tell them to be careful, or stay away. I can be aware if there are Burglar types casing the area near my front door.... I know when I have visitors, & can talk with them & even seem like I am home when I am miles away...
