The saleslady was excellent. She was very patient, helped me to solve many problems before purchasing. This is my third wired door-phone systems which was used to my long ranch house that has two front doors. I just finished installing the system and it works well. The installation is simple. it is worth noting, and a possibility you will have to accept with this unit. Only worked several weeks, so i will come back after 1 years, will prove how its quality.
